SeatStock is a marketplace designed for students to buy and sell tickets for various events. The platform is easy to use, secure, and convenient, making the ticket-buying process hassle-free and more transparent.

How does SeatStock work?

SeatStock works in a simple, user-friendly manner. First, you create an account using your valid .edu email address. Then, you can browse through available tickets for various events. If you're interested in a particular event, you can purchase the ticket directly through the app. If you have tickets to sell, you can list them on the marketplace for other students to buy.

Is SeatStock safe to use?

Absolutely! SeatStock prioritizes the safety and security of its users. We employ stringent verification processes for all ticket sellers and ensure that all transactions are safe and secure.

Can I use SeatStock if I am not a student?

SeatStock is exclusively designed for students. To create an account and use the platform, a valid .edu email address is required. This helps us maintain a secure and reliable marketplace tailored specifically for the student community.

What if I have a question or issue while using SeatStock?

Payment

What are the payment options available on SeatStock?

SeatStock accepts various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment platforms. We aim to make the ticket-purchasing process as convenient as possible for our users.

What if I place a bid, and I don't want to pursue it any longer?

If you have an active bid that a seller has not accepted you can take down your bid on your buying dashboard. However, when the bid is accepted you can not cancel the transaction. We highly recommend listing the ticket if you do not need the ticket anymore.

What if I don't send my ticket in 24 hours?

If your ticket is not sent in 24 hours, SeatStock will refund the buyer with their payment. Your account will be investigated, which if done multiple times can ban your account.

What if I don't receive my ticket?

If your ticket is not received in 24 hours, but the seller has confirmed it was sent, SeatStock will commence further investigation. Please contact support.

Where can I find my tickets?

1. Sign into your school's ticket portal. 2. Click the event you purchased.

Where can I buy tickets?

You can buy SeatStock verified tickets at SeatStock.com. SeatStock.com allows you to search for tickets securely, at your convenience, day or night, 365 days a year.

What does waiting for confirmation mean?

"Pending Acceptance" or "Sent" indicates that your buyer has yet to accept the ticket transfer. Please remind them to check their emails or text messages for the transfer invitation. "Accepted" or "Claimed" signifies that the ticket transfer has been successfully completed.

How do I list my tickets for sale on SeatStock?

Listing your tickets for sale on SeatStock is easy. Simply log in to your account, click on the 'Sell Tickets' button, fill in the necessary details about the event, and set your price. Once your listing is live, other students can view and purchase your ticket.

How do I edit my listing?

Go to your dashboard and edit the listing or delete the listing if you do not want to pursue it.

What happens if my ticket doesn't sell?

If your tickets don't sell, then you're free to take them off the market and use them.

Why are all sales final?

Secondary ticket markets are complex, and most ticket orders can't be canceled or refunded once they've been submitted to ensure the validity of the tickets you're purchasing or selling.

How do I transfer my ticket?

1. Sign into your school's ticket portal. 2. Select the game you would like to sell. Click transfer tickets, enter the buyer's phone number and send! Wait for the buyer to confirm they got the ticket and we will release your tickets.

Can I transfer tickets that were transferred to me?

Yes, once you accept the tickets, they're all yours. If you cannot attend the game anymore, simply sell them to someone else.

Refunds

What happens when a game is rescheduled?

Should an event be rescheduled, your tickets will generally remain valid for the revised date, contingent upon the venue's specific policies. Unfortunately, SeatStock and our sellers cannot provide refunds for events that are merely postponed, unless cancellation is confirmed by the artist, team, or venue, or if State legislation explicitly requires otherwise.

What happens when a game is cancelled?

No further action is needed from you. Refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment method. You can expect to see the refund in your account within 5-10 business days.

SeatStock features a wide array of events football tickets, basketball tickets, and many more. We strive to cater to a broad spectrum of interests to ensure there's something for everyone.

What happens if an event is cancelled?

If your event is canceled and not rescheduled, SeatStock, in its sole discretion, will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price (refunded to the original payment method you used at checkout) or, subject to applicable state laws, issue you a credit for use on a future purchase.

What happens if an event is postponed?

If an event is postponed, your tickets will most likely be valid for the new date, although this will depend on the venue's policy. SeatStock and our sellers are unable to offer refunds for rescheduled events unless the event is canceled outright by the team, venue, or State law directly stipulates otherwise.
